Open Arms Set To Host Moveable Feast At Allianz Field May 18

We can’t wait to welcome you to the Community Table for our most anticipated event of the year! Open Arms of Minnesota is excited to see you at our 19th Annual Moveable Feast on Thursday, May 18, from 5-10 p.m. at Allianz Field! Our flagship event will once again generate much needed funds to help us provide more than 50,000 nourishing meals for our critically ill clients and their loved ones.

We are delighted you are joining us in a celebration of what we can accomplish together as a community. One night. Over 40 Twin Cities restaurants. An extraordinary event that will start at Allianz Field and then take you and your group by limo to one of our partner restaurants for an unforgettable evening. 

Event Details 

Timeline 
5:00 p.m. | Gather! Doors Open; Cocktails, Hors D’oeuvres, bid on the unique silent auction packages, purchase a raffle ticket, and play five different games of chance! 
6:30 p.m. | Program, Fund-A-Need, and Live Auction 
7:15 p.m. | Limo Departure to Dinner 
9:30 p.m. | Limos Return with one last treat. Don’t forget to collect all your winnings!

Parking 
Complimentary valet parking will be available on-site at Allianz Field. Please enter the parking area via Shields Avenue off Snelling Avenue to access valet. Upon arrival, be on the lookout for our staff and volunteers to guide you in the right direction.   

Arrival & Check In 
Check in will begin promptly at 5 p.m. Attendees will be able to check in at the north entrance of Allianz Field (near the Black & Blue Team Store) after using our valet parking service. Whether you are an individual attendee or a member of a group, please see our staff at the check-in table.  

  • PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with Allianz Field security rules, all bags will be checked briefly as you enter the stadium. Please allow time for this step.   

Attire 
Formal fun! It’s an outdoor party! 

Silent Auction 
This year’s Silent Auction includes unique experiential packages. You will be able to do all your game purchases and bidding online while you’re strolling through the event! To expedite the check in process, we strongly encourage you to REGISTER HERE FOR BIDDING ahead of time. You will also have an opportunity to register your bidding when you check in at the event, but this step will expedite the check-in process when you arrive.

Once on the site, please click “sign in” in the upper right corner on the welcome page to register for bidding ahead of time.    

Raffle 
Our raffle prize is an exciting trip to Barcelona, Spain. Just $125 gives you the opportunity to win airfare and a 5 day stay in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa apartment.  Purchase raffle tickets with a debit card NOW or at the event. 

Food & Beverage 
The bar will be open from 5-6:15p.m. and then again following the program from 7:15 p.m. until your limo departs for the restaurant. As you enter Allianz Field, it will be our pleasure to treat you to the 2023 Moveable Feast signature cocktail, the Golden Hour or Kentucky Sunset, and hors d’oeuvres. There are bars throughout the venue for the remainder of your cocktails for the evening. Please note that bars within Allianz Field do not accept cash.  

Limo Procedure 
Following the evening’s program at approximately 7:15 p.m., guests will be invited to board their respective limos in groups to head off to one of 40 restaurant locations. Please refer to your name tag for limo number and restaurant name and listen carefully for overhead announcements and monitors throughout the venue regarding limo departures.

Please remember that the restaurant dinner is hosted by our wonderfully generous restaurant partners, but gratuity for your server is your responsibility. Your first round of drinks will be paid for; additional beverages are your group’s responsibility.

So, pull up a chair, gab with friends, have fun, and thank you for attending this year’s Moveable Feast! This evening truly has become a night to remember, a celebration of food, and the boundless possibilities of what we can achieve when our community comes together.
