Our Delivery Area

The Open Arms of Minnesota delivery area covers the Twin Cities metro and surrounding suburbs. Please see the delivery map below for a general outline of the area within which we can deliver our meals directly to clients.

West side deliveries are made on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

East side deliveries are made on Thursdays and Fridays.

What if my client lives outside of Open Arms’ primary delivery area?

If a client lives outside our delivery area, there are a few different options available to them.

Pick up the meals at one of our Open Arms locations:

Get meals delivered by a satellite site partner:

This option is only available to those who fall within a satellite site delivery area. Please note: Restricted days and times available. Please contact Client Services for details at 612-767-7333 or [email protected].

Can the meals be delivered somewhere other than the client’s home?

Yes, if the client has a family member or friend who lives in the delivery area, we can deliver the meals there instead. Additionally, if the client works within the delivery area, we can also deliver the meals to the client’s workplace as an alternative.

What if I'm still unsure whether my client lives within the delivery area?

If you’re unsure if a client falls within the delivery area, contact our Client Services team for clarification. The team can be reached at 612-767-7333 or [email protected].

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently able to ship meals to HIV+ clients who live outside of our delivery area. This program is funded by a contract and is only available to HIV+ clients. Please contact Client Services with any questions.
