Client Advisory Committee
What is the CAC?
The Client Advisory Committee is a committee of Open Arms clients who advise the Open Arms Client Services department on developing and improving programs and services.
Members are eligible for a $100 quarterly stipend and transportation reimbursement as compensation for their participation.
Mission of the Client Advisory Committee
The mission of the OAM Client Advisory Committee (CAC) is to help guide the organization in creating programs and services that best meet the needs of the clients we serve. The CAC functions in an advisory role to organization staff.
Goals of the Client Advisory Committee
- To bring the practical needs of clients to the attention of the organization.
- To develop a formal review and feedback process for programs and organizational changes which may affect OAM services.
What does the CAC do?
- Discuss upcoming news at Open Arms and changes that will affect service.
- Work together with your peers to provide client perspective and insight based on your lived experience.
