Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships
The Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for leading Open Arms’ institutional partnership strategy by building, cultivating, and stewarding transformational relationships with corporations, foundations, healthcare organizations, and community institutions.
This position goes beyond traditional corporate fundraising to develop comprehensive, long term partnerships that advance the mission of Open Arms while creating meaningful value for our partners. Through a relationship-centered approach, the Senior Manager works to understand each organization’s goals, culture, and philanthropic priorities to develop customized partnerships that align with both the partner’s objectives and Open Arms’ strategic priorities.
The Senior Manager provides leadership for the Institutional Relationships team, supervising the Partnerships Development Officer, Grants Manager, and the Corporate Partnerships Manager while working in close partnership with the Grants Manager. Together, the team creates a seamless institutional engagement strategy that integrates volunteerism, philanthropy, community engagement, grant funding, sponsorships, employee engagement, and strategic partnerships.
As a member of the Relationships & Engagement leadership team, the Senior Manager fosters cross-department collaboration to ensure every institutional relationship is coordinated, stewarded, and positioned for long-term success.
Grants Manager
This position contributes to the fulfillment of Open Arms’ mission by leading and managing the organization’s existing foundation portfolio, as well as seeking and securing funding from new foundations. The Grants Manager secures external funding and oversees the full grant lifecycle. Responsibilities include researching funding opportunities, writing compelling proposals, and ensuring post-award compliance. As a member of the Relationships Department, this position supports Open Arms’ relationship-centered approach by helping build and maintain positive, mission-aligned relationships with funders, volunteers, community partners, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Temporary Meal Expediter & Packager (St Paul Kitchen & Campus)
This is a temporary, full-time hourly position that is benefits eligible in a high-volume production kitchen. Under the direction of the Food Services Manager, the Meal Expediter & Packager will set up the meal packing line for volunteers and gather all components necessary to complete packaging of meals for clients, while ensuring quality and consistency of our meals as they move through the packaging process. The packaging of meals is mainly completed by volunteers. The Meal Expediter & Packager must maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and ensure that volunteers are doing the same.
Internship Opportunities
Open Farms Internship
The Open Farms Intern will work side by side with the Farm Program Coordinator and the farm team to complete many tasks over the course of the growing season.
Nonprofit Internship
The nonprofit intern will participate in nearly every aspect of the organization. This internship will play an integral role in the daily activities of the organization, as well as explore the inner workings of running a nonprofit.
