Current Openings

Director of Facilities
This full-time salaried position contributes to the fulfillment of Open Arms’ mission by providing direction and oversight of OAM’s facilities including two sites and grounds, and oversite of information technology functions. The Director of Facilities is a hands-on role that interfaces with all employees, oversees one staff member, works closely with other staff and directors, manages facilities vendors, and reports to the CFO.

Donor Experience & Individual Giving Manager
This full-time salaried position contributes to the fulfillment of Open Arms’ mission by providing meaningful experiences for our donors, serving as a key relationship builder of the organization, and identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors by building authentic relationships with them. The Donor Experience & Individual Giving Manager will work with the Development Department and the CEO to develop meaningful recognition and stewardship plans for all donors.

Human Resources Generalist
This full-time salaried position contributes to the fulfillment of Open Arms’ mission by providing support to the key functions of Human Resources Department such as hiring, orientation, benefits administration, and employee relations. Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Human Resources, this role will coordinate HR projects and processes for the Organization.

Summer Meals Associate
Through a partnership with Hunger Free America (HFA), Open Arms of Minnesota is seeking two qualified candidates to assist in the implementation, access, and quality of the Summer Meals Program. The ideal candidates will be outgoing, organized, and passionate about food justice, child nutrition, and hunger-related issues.

Internship Opportunities

Nonprofit Internship
The nonprofit intern will participate in nearly every aspect of the organization. This internship will play an integral role in the daily activities of the organization, as well as explore the inner workings of running a nonprofit.

Open Farms Internship
The Open Farms Intern will work side by side with the Farm Program Coordinator and the farm team to complete many tasks over the course of the growing season.

Special Events & Development Nonprofit Internship
The Special Events & Development nonprofit intern will participate in nearly every aspect of the Organization. This internship will play an integral role in the daily activities of the Organization, as well as explore the inner workings of running a nonprofit.
