RENTING OUR SPACE

Prices do not include catering and are subject to change. Rental includes use of OAM’s tables, chairs, flatware, dishes, podium, coat racks and linens. Upstairs and Main Level conference room rental is discounted 50% with a minimum $300 catering order. No outside food may be brought in.

Upstairs Conference Room:

Capacity:
15-20 (conference style)

Availability:
Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday – Sunday, 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Room Rental Fee:
$50/hour (2 hour minimum)
After hours room rental: $100/hour

Includes:
HDTV Screen: 55” HD monitor with necessary cables/adapters
Polycom/conference phone
Wireless connection
Attached balcony with seating for 6-8 (works well for small reception, prior to meeting)

Main Level Conference Room:

Capacity:
15 – 40 (depending on configuration)

Availability:
Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday – Sunday, 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Room Rental Fee:
$50/hour (2 hour minimum)
After hours room rental: $100/hour

Includes:
Projector and screen
Wireless connection

Main Level Event Space:
Main Level event space rental requires $1,000 food and beverage minimum in addition to room rental charges. No outside food may be brought in.

Capacity:
Total capacity: 60-120 people
10-person round tables: 80 people
Harvest Tables: 60 people
High-tops: 120 people

Rental Fee:
Business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday – Thursday): $1,000
(with OAM conducting business as usual in kitchen)
Minimum of 4 hours
Event must end at 5 p.m. or evening rates will apply

Evenings and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): $2,000
(with OAM conducting business as usual in kitchen from 8 a.m.–2 p.m.)
Minimum of 4 hours
Access to space at 8 a.m., building closes at 10 p.m.
Additional service charge may apply for events that end past 10 p.m.

 

For all event space use, a 50% deposit of the rental fee and a refundable $500 damage deposit are due at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the damage deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be sent in writing. Full payment of minimum charges shall be due from the client in the event of cancellation within 15 days of the event. Full payment for all catering and room rental charges is due within 30 days of the event. Open Arms’ property is non-smoking.

The following are examples of catering menus and can be customized.
Catering must be accompanied by a room rental at OAM.
We ask for at least a 14 day minimum notice.

Breakfast:

Open Arms Classic Continental, $12 per person

Open Arms Savory Continental, $16 per person

Boxed Lunches, $12.50 per person (Gluten-free boxed lunches: $13.75 per person)

  • Choice of sandwich: Turkey & Swiss Cheese, Salami & Cheddar Cheese, Ham & Swiss Cheese, or Roasted Veggies & Fresh Mozzarella
    • All sandwiches include lettuce, tomato & red onion, spreads and condiments
  • Marinated Salad: Chef’s choice (may include salads such as potato salad, cole slaw, chickpea salad with roasted veggies)

Snack:

Late morning or late afternoon snack, $8 per person

  • Assorted Cookies and Bars

Dinner:

Open Arms Dinner Buffet, $28 per person
Includes salad, two entrees, two sides and dessert buffet

OFF-SITE CATERING

For a $30 delivery fee, Open Arms will provide lunches for your next meeting with a “buy one – give one” model: for each lunch you purchase, you provide a meal to one of our clients. 7 days notice preferred.

Have regular weekly or monthly meetings you want catered? No problem – we can set up a regular schedule and more menu variety.
