St. Cloud Aging Services promotes successful
aging by providing visionary leadership and
planning, establishing collaborations and
community partnerships to engage, connect and
involve the 55 and older St. Cloud greater
community.
Cleaning services that include dusting and
cleaning, kitchens, bathrooms, vacuuming, and
more. The service is available daily, weekly,
bi-weekly or monthly.
Stearns County Human Services provides ongoing
care coordination services for persons age 65 and
over. The care coordinator assists with community
support and services such as adult daycare,
assisted living, homemaking, home health care, etc.
Whitney Senior Center offers events that are
beneficial to aging Minnesotans such as tax prep, legal advice, community task forces, celebrations,
and much more.
The food pantry is open from 8:30 to about
10:00 AM on the first Thursday of the month,
and from 5:00 to 6:30 or 7:00 PM on the third
Thursday of the month.
Care Cab is a transportation service that offers
transportation to and from medical appointments,
dialysis, nursing homes, adult day programs, the
hospital, and therapy appointments.
Tri-CAP offers transportation options including public
transport, personal transportation, and a donated
vehicle program that provides low cost vehicle for sale
to income eligible residents.

The mission of the Division of Indian Work is to support
and strengthen urban American Indian people through
culturally specific education, health services, and
nutrition. The organization operates a culturally specific
food shelf in Minneapolis.
First Community Ministries is a food pantry located in
Minneapolis. It is recommended that you call before
visiting in order to ensure accurate service hours and
inventory.
Horizons Unlimited (HU), a program by the Division of
Indian Work, addresses hunger by providing the only
culturally-sensitive food shelf in the west metro serving
the urban American Indian population. HU has been
offering services since 1952. The provides families and
seniors access to fresh food including meats, fruits,
vegetables and non-perishables.
HU also does holiday basket giveaways in November,
December, and April. Information will be posted on the
home page and social media when giveaways are open.
Loaves & Fishes is a volunteer-driven organization that
provides healthy meals to Minnesotans in areas where
need is greatest. They offer meals to-go as well as
community dinners.
Neighborhood House is a community organization
dedicated to helping people that wish to make a positive
change in their lives. They have two food markets
located in St. Paul and offer delivery to those in Ramsey
Country.
Neighbors Inc. serves people experiencing need in
South Saint Paul. They use income guidelines to
determine eligibility for programs. They also recognize
people who are outside of these income ranges may
experience need. If you are wondering if you qualify, they
recommend reaching out to discuss additional support
options and resources. Neighbors Inc. provides an
assortment of fresh produce, dairy products and meat in
addition to pantry staples like canned goods and
personal care items.They also have prepackaged
emergency kits when food shelf appointments are
booked out.
North St. Paul Food Shelf serves areas of North St. Paul
and Oakdale. Although not required, It is recommended
that you schedule an appointment to ensure a complete
food order will be ready when you arrive.
Senior Dining Choices provides home-delivered meals to
older adults over 60 years of age and determined to be
at nutritional risk. Seniors are able to choose from the full
menu and their own delivery options.
PRISM’s Marketplace Food Shelf in Golden Valley, MN,
which has a selection of fresh groceries and personal
items, is available to participants once a week to shop
free of cost. Participation in the program comes with
optional meetings with a case manager who offers
advice, resources, and problem-solving.
Any individual or family experiencing financial stress is
eligible to be a participant and access the Marketplace
Food Shelf.
The Open Door is a food pantry that has a permanent
location in Eagan and temporary pop-up pantries located
in Apple Valley, Burnsville, Inver Grove Heights, and
Lakeville.
Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County's Vehicle
Repair Assistance Program focuses on helping residents
overcome transportation barriers. The program addresses the
high cost of vehicle repairs by providing income-eligible clients with financial assistance toward auto repairs to ensure their
vehicle is safe and reliable.
Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County (CAP-HC)
is offering local transportation assistance to households that
have experienced financial hardship due to the COVID-19
pandemic. Once approved, assistance is provided in the form
of a gas card or Metro Transit card.
Driving Miss Daisy is a local registered and specialized Non
Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company serving
the twin cities metropolitan area and south central Minnesota.
Help At Your Door is a nonprofit serving seniors and individuals
with disabilities across Minnesota’s seven-county Twin Cities
metropolitan area. They offer grocery assistance, home
support and transportation services to help with in and out of
the home tasks.
MTM arranges transportation for recipients to help them get to
their medical appointments at clinics and urgent care facilities
in lieu of using costly emergency room services.
Amazon, CVS, and Walgreens all offer an assortment of low
cost pharmaceutical delivery options. Click on the embedded

Curiosity Studio creates art kits and classes that let
you play, reflect and connect with the world. They aim
to connect people with creativity that may be
overlooked.

For anyone 60+ experiencing: loneliness,
depression/anxiety, loss/grief, managing chronic health

Offers a place for Southeast Asian adults to gather for
mental health support, shared meals, cultural
celebrations, community outings, and life skills
support. The Center combines Western mental health
services and treatments with traditional healing
practices to address the needs of Hmong, Vietnamese,
Karen(ni) and Cambodian adult residents in Saint Paul
Provides services to elderly adults requiring assistance
with independent living. Services provided are
assistance with personal care, weekly housekeeping,
and case management, two nutritionally balanced
congregate meals daily, emergency response-24 hours
a day, assistance with medications, bathing
assistance, planned recreational activities and on-call
nursing. Also offers enhanced assisted living and
memory care programs.
