Client Services Updates Referral Opportunities

While we are not ready to reopen fully at this time, we can still make select exceptions based on existing and secured funding sources and contracts. 

Alongside referrals for folks living with HIV/AIDS, we can now accept referrals for people who meet all of the following criteria:
                – Diagnosis of cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, ESRD and/or COPD
                – 60 years of age or older
                – Live within the seven-county Metro area

Note: We are unable to offer shipping to these applicants, so they must be within our delivery area or willing and able to pick up from a satellite site. See our current Delivery Map here (includes satellite locations).

If you are working with a patient/client who fits the above requirements and is interested in services, please submit a complete application for them via email, mail, or fax. Reach out to [email protected] if you need a copy of our application.

Open Arms of Minnesota Earns Accreditation from Food Is Medicine Coalition

Open Arms of Minnesota, the Twin Cities-based non-profit dedicated to providing nourishing, medically tailored meals to individuals with critical illnesses, has earned accreditation from the Food Is Medicine Coalition (FIMC). This recognition places Open Arms among an elite group of organizations nationwide that have demonstrated a high standard of care in delivering medically tailored meals (MTM).
