Open Arms of Minnesota Minneapolis Kitchen Temporarily Closed Following Vehicle Accident
Minneapolis, MN — Open Arms of Minnesota’s Minneapolis Kitchen and Campus, located at 2500 Bloomington Avenue South, is temporarily closed until further notice following a motor vehicle incident that occurred the morning of Friday, August 29.
At approximately 8:15 a.m., a vehicle struck the north side of the facility. Fortunately, no staff, volunteers, or community members were injured.
The safety of our community is our highest priority. We are working closely with local authorities and building safety professionals to assess the damage and determine next steps. During this time, our team is making every effort to ensure continuity of services for our clients and will share updates as more information becomes available.
We are grateful for the quick response and for the understanding and support of our community as we work to safely reopen our Minneapolis location.
