Open Arms Joins Hundreds Of Nonprofit Organizations In Statement Condemning ICE Activity In Minnesota
Since early December, Operation Metro Surge has created widespread fear and disruption across Minnesota, making it increasingly difficult for families to safely access food, healthcare, and other basic needs. Open Arms of Minnesota and our colleagues across the state are seeing the consequences firsthand as our neighbors remain homebound, volunteers are impeded, and hunger deepens in the communities we serve. Food should never be out of reach because of fear—and this moment demands clarity, compassion, and action.
More than 100 hunger relief nonprofit organizations have come together to make a statement addressing the current situation and climate. Go HERE to read the full statement along with a list of organizations.
