Open Arms of Minnesota CEO Leah Hebert Welles was amongst the honorees recognized at the 29th Annual Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Women in Business Awards held Friday, May 15 at the Depot in Minneapolis. 

These awards celebrate the career and personal successes of all 51 of the 2026 Women in Business honorees. They are leaders from across industries, across organization sizes, and across the Twin Cities. All have notched noteworthy professional accomplishments and given back to their industries and communities by volunteering their time and talents to causes they deeply believe in.

Open Arms of Minnesota Earns Accreditation from Food Is Medicine Coalition

Open Arms of Minnesota, the Twin Cities-based non-profit dedicated to providing nourishing, medically tailored meals to individuals with critical illnesses, has earned accreditation from the Food Is Medicine Coalition (FIMC). This recognition places Open Arms among an elite group of organizations nationwide that have demonstrated a high standard of care in delivering medically tailored meals (MTM).
