Open Arms Set To Host Moveable Feast Thursday!
We’re excited to celebrate with you at our 22nd Annual Moveable Feast! On May 7 at the North End Event Center, you and hundreds of Open Arms supporters will come together under the stars for an evening of compassion and hope in support of our clients. As our largest annual fundraising event—and the Twin Cities’ most unique gala—this celebration will help generate vital funding for us to continue preparing and delivering medically tailored meals to our critically ill Minnesota neighbors.
2026 Moveable Feast Program
Timeline
5:00 p.m. | Doors open; enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, bid on the unique silent auction packages, play our Four Seasons Under the Stars Game of Chance, and purchase a raffle ticket for a chance to win your choice between a fabulous trip to either Portugal or Iceland.
6:15 p.m. | Program: Live Auction, Fund-A-Need, Raffle Drawing
7:20 p.m. | Limos load to go to dinner
9:30 p.m. | Limos return for one last decadent takeaway treat. Don’t forget to collect all your winnings!
Getting There and Parking
The North End Event Center is located at the Northeast Corner of the Minnesota State Fairgrounds at 1660 Murphy Ave, Falcon Heights, MN 55108 (MAP IT).
Attendees will be parking in the Minnesota State Fair Parking (Camel Lot), which is located at Hoyt Ave W and Underwood Street just north of the North End Event Center. You will enter the fairgrounds and the parking lot via Snelling Ave by turning onto Hoyt Ave W. Open Arms staff be on-site to direct and guide you.
Arrival & Check In
Check in will begin promptly at 5 p.m. We strongly encourage you to follow the link to your account provided via text message 24 hours prior to the event. You will also have an opportunity to register when you check in at the event, but this step will expedite the process when you arrive.
Attire
Embrace the Celestial Celebration—think starry glamour and cosmic chic. Guests are encouraged to wear cocktail attire with luminous touches. Above all, come ready to shine and celebrate a night of community, compassion, and stellar moments.
Silent Auction
This year’s Silent Auction includes a number of exciting items and packages. Once you register, you can bid online immediately and continue watching your items and bidding while you’re strolling through the event! You can enter your information and start bidding right now by CLICKING ON THIS LINK and using the same email where you received this message.
Once on the site, please click “My Account” in the upper right corner on the welcome page to register for bidding ahead of time. Please note, you will still need to stop at the check-in desk to receive all of your information to participate in the evening.
Raffle
This year’s raffle features two extraordinary travel experiences for the winner to choose from! For just $125 per ticket, you could find yourself on a breathtaking journey to either Portugal or Iceland ($2,500 toward airfare included), indulging in unforgettable cuisine, culture, and adventure. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the venue.
Food & Beverage
The bars will be open from 5-6:15 p.m. and then again following the program until your limo departs. As you enter the Noth End Event Center, it will be our pleasure to treat you to the 2026 Moveable Feast Welcome Cocktail: The Moonbeam Martini, or a Celestial Mocktail. There are cash bars throughout the venue where you can purchase additional drinks.
Limo Procedure
Following the evening’s program at approximately 7:20 p.m., guests will be invited to board their respective limos to head off to one of our 40+ restaurant partners throughout the Twin Cities. Please refer to your name tag for limo number and restaurant name. Listen carefully for overhead announcements and refer to the main stage screen regarding limo departures. We will do our best to keep our limo departure times in order and on track, so thank you for your patience ahead of time. There will be drinks and water inside your limo to enjoy on your way to your restaurant!

Please remember that the restaurant dinner is hosted by our wonderfully generous restaurant partners, but drinks and gratuity for your server is your responsibility.
