Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships
The Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for leading Open Arms’ institutional partnership strategy by building, cultivating, and stewarding transformational relationships with corporations, foundations, healthcare organizations, and community institutions.
This position goes beyond traditional corporate fundraising to develop comprehensive, long term partnerships that advance the mission of Open Arms while creating meaningful value for our partners. Through a relationship-centered approach, the Senior Manager works to understand each organization’s goals, culture, and philanthropic priorities to develop customized partnerships that align with both the partner’s objectives and Open Arms’ strategic priorities.
The Senior Manager provides leadership for the Institutional Relationships team, supervising the Partnerships Development Officer, Grants Manager, and the Corporate Partnerships Manager while working in close partnership with the Grants Manager. Together, the team creates a seamless institutional engagement strategy that integrates volunteerism, philanthropy, community engagement, grant funding, sponsorships, employee engagement, and strategic partnerships.
As a member of the Relationships & Engagement leadership team, the Senior Manager fosters cross-department collaboration to ensure every institutional relationship is coordinated, stewarded, and positioned for long-term success.
Manager of Events
The Manager of Events leads the planning, development, and execution of Open Arms of Minnesota’s fundraising, stewardship, cultivation, community, and organizational events. Serving as the primary producer and project manager for major events—including Open Arms’ signature fundraising event, Moveable Feast—this position brings together creative vision, relationship strategy, and exceptional execution to create memorable experiences that strengthen people’s connection to Open Arms. The Manager of Events works collaboratively across the Relationships & Engagement Department and throughout the organization to ensure every event has a clear purpose, defined audience, thoughtful strategy, strong project plan, and measurable outcomes. This position requires someone who can move seamlessly between big picture thinking and detailed execution—from imagining an extraordinary guest experience to managing budgets, timelines, vendors, committees, volunteers, production, and event-day logistics. Above all, the Manager of Events understands that an Open Arms event is more than a gathering. Every event is an opportunity to deepen relationships, create belonging, celebrate impact, and connect people more meaningfully to our mission.
Baker and Volunteer Ambassador
The Bakery is responsible for producing around 18,000 – 22,000 items per week. This is a full time and hourly position that contributes to the fulfillment of Open Arms’ mission by providing assistance with food production tasks on a regular basis and occasional catering or special events. Unlike many baker positions, this position extensively interacts with the general public, and much of the job is greeting, checking in with, and thanking volunteers in the OAM kitchen. This position is a part of a team that is responsible for food safety and sanitization, overall Bakery cleanliness and organization, and management of volunteers in the Bakery.
Temporary Meal Expediter & Packager (St Paul Kitchen & Campus)
This is a temporary, full-time hourly position that is benefits eligible in a high-volume production kitchen. Under the direction of the Food Services Manager, the Meal Expediter & Packager will set up the meal packing line for volunteers and gather all components necessary to complete packaging of meals for clients, while ensuring quality and consistency of our meals as they move through the packaging process. The packaging of meals is mainly completed by volunteers. The Meal Expediter & Packager must maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and ensure that volunteers are doing the same.
Temporary Meal Expediter & Packager (St Paul Kitchen & Campus)
This part-time, 25-hour per week position contributes to the fulfillment of Open Arms’ mission by managing the organization’s accounts receivable functions, grant revenue processing, cash receipts, deposits, and related financial reporting. The Accounts Receivable & Grants Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the organization’s revenue cycle for a $13 million nonprofit organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Accounts Receivable & Grants Specialist will work collaboratively with program staff, development personnel, and external funding partners to ensure timely recording of revenue, grant-related financial requirements/compliance, and accurate financial reporting. This position offers an opportunity for professional growth and may expand into a full-time role as organizational needs evolve.

Open Farms Internship
The Open Farms Intern will work side by side with the Farm Program Coordinator and the farm team to complete many tasks over the course of the growing season.
Nonprofit Internship
The nonprofit intern will participate in nearly every aspect of the organization. This internship will play an integral role in the daily activities of the organization, as well as explore the inner workings of running a nonprofit.
