Each year, as part of YESvember, Open Arms of Minnesota celebrates Thanksgiving by providing each client the opportunity to receive a wholesome turkey dinner to enjoy with their loved ones. To ensure that our neighbors have a homemade dinner to enjoy on Thanksgiving Day, plus all the medically tailored meals in their normal deliveries for the month of November, we ask that you consider donating to our 2025 Turkey Drive. With the price of ingredients skyrocketing this year, it is critical that we reach our $200,000 goal.

Please help support our Turkey Drive so we can ensure our critically-ill neighbors have a nice Thanksgiving feast this year!

While supporting a current fundraising page is fantastic, we also encourage you to start your own Turkey Drive fundraiser to share with your friends and family. You’ll even have a chance to win prizes! Read below to learn about how to start a Turkey Drive fundraiser and the sweet prizes you can win along the way.

How to Start A Turkey Drive Fundraiser & Earn Rewards

1. Start a Turkey Drive fundraiser

Starting a fundraiser is fun and easy, simply go HERE to start. You can edit your donation page to personalize your message or even detail unique incentives attached to different support levels if you’d like.

2. Share your Turkey Drive page with your network

Sharing your page is of course critical to the success of your fundraiser. Visit our TURKEY TOOLKIT for sample language for email and social media, including general tips and optional graphics!

3. Keep promoting your fundraiser throughout the month

To encourage as many donations as possible, keep promoting your Turkey Drive until its final day, Sunday, November 30.

4. Win Prizes!

If you start a fundraiser, you already have a shot to win a number of fabulous prizes. Be on the lookout for our Turkey Tuesday contests throughout the month!

Open Arms of Minnesota, the Twin Cities-based non-profit dedicated to providing nourishing, medically tailored meals to individuals with critical illnesses, has earned accreditation from the Food Is Medicine Coalition (FIMC). This recognition places Open Arms among an elite group of organizations nationwide that have demonstrated a high standard of care in delivering medically tailored meals (MTM).
