Can you help Open Arms of Minnesota turn NOvember into YESvember?

Since 2015, Open Arms of Minnesota celebrates Thanksgiving by providing a wholesome turkey meal to each client and their family. The dinner, made with love in our South Minneapolis kitchen, includes turkey, stuffing, vegetables, dinner rolls, dessert and more.

Please help support our Turkey Drive and other YESvember opportunities so we can ensure our critically-ill neighbors have a lovely Thanksgiving feast this year!

5 WAYS YOU CAN HELP

1. DONATE
A $60 donation provides a Thanksgiving meal to a client. For $300, you can purchase a flock of turkeys, which provides 5 Thanksgiving meals. Click here to donate.

2. ADOPT A ZIP CODE
You can adopt Thanksgiving meals for Open Arms clients living in specific zip codes around the Twin Cities. From Fridley to Apple Valley, your community organization or religious group can make an impact on your neighbors. More details coming soon!

3. START A TURKEY DRIVE FUNDRAISER
Start a Turkey Drive donation page and encourage your friends and family to donate. Receive prizes when you unlock badges! Learn more here and start your fundraiser here.

4. VOLUNTEER
Volunteers are needed to help prepare and package meals at our kitchen in South Minneapolis. Open Arms also needs additional volunteers to deliver meals the week of November 16. Sign up for a volunteer shift here or click here if you haven’t volunteered with us before.

5. SPREAD THE WORD
Help us spread the word about our Turkey Drive by posting on social media! You can even turn yourself into a turkey on Facebook by clicking here and using our custom profile frame.
