CATERING

All catering requests have a minimum of five orders and require a 7-day minimum notice.

OFF-SITE CATERING

Open Arms Box Lunch Menu 2020

Please choose from Option A, B, C or D below. You are unable to combine Options, but you are able to choose different menu items within an option.

All box lunches include condiments, compostable utensils and napkins. Orders can be picked up at Open Arms or delivered in the Twin Cities metro for a $30 fee.

For every box lunch you purchase, you provide a meal to an Open Arms client!

Option A
Standard box lunch

$13 per person ($14.25 for GF)

Choice of:
· Turkey and Swiss sandwich
· Salami and Cheddar sandwich
· Ham and Swiss sandwich
· Vegetable with Hummus wrap (GF)

All sandwiches and wraps include lettuce, tomato & red onion.

All Standard Box Lunches include:
· Fresh green lettuce salad
· Pickle spear
· Freshly-baked cookie from the Open Arms’ bakery (GF options available)
· Option to add a bottled water for additional $1/person

Option B
Artisan box lunch

$24.00 per person ($25.25 for GF)

Choice of:
· Tuna salad sandwich
· Buffalo chicken wrap
· Turkey club sandwich
· Mediterranean veggie wrap (GF)

All Premium Box Lunches include:
· Chickpea, quinoa and Feta salad (GF)
· Fresh cut seasonal fruit
· Bottled water
· Freshly-baked cookie from the Open Arms bakery (GF options available)

Option C
Power Grain Bowl
$16.00 per person
$17.50 per person with tofu
$18.00 per person with chicken

Choice of:
· Farro: Radicchio arugula, farro, roasted artichokes, sundried tomatoes, parsley, fennel, lemon zest, balsamic vinaigrette
· Zen Masters (GF): Kale, red quinoa, edamame, shredded coconut, broccoli, sesame ginger soy vinaigrette

All Power Grain Bowls include:
· Freshly-baked baguette from the Open Arms bakery
· Option to add Open Arms cookie for additional $1/person

Option D
Big Greek Salad
$15.00 per person (add cookie for $1/person)

Description: Spinach and romaine greens with Feta and Kalamata olives, red onions, tomatoes, pepperoncini and a lemon oregano vinaigrette.

All Big Greek Salads include:
· Freshly-baked baguette from the Open Arms bakery
· Option to add Open Arms cookie for additional $1/person

 


RENTING OUR SPACE

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we are not currently renting out our space. We will provide an update here once we are able to offer space rental options again. Thank you for your patience!

Prices do not include catering and are subject to change. Rental includes use of OAM’s tables, chairs, flatware, dishes, podium, coat racks and linens. Parties larger than 60 may require additional rental costs. No outside food or beverage allowed.

Upstairs Conference Room:

Capacity:
15-20 (conference style)

Availability:
Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday – Sunday, 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Room Rental Fee:
$50/hour (2 hour minimum)
After hours room rental: $100/hour

Includes:
HDTV Screen: 55” HD monitor with necessary cables/adapters
Polycom/conference phone
Wireless connection
Attached balcony with seating for 6-8 (works well for small reception, prior to meeting)

Main Level Conference Room:

Capacity:
15 – 40 (depending on configuration)

Availability:
Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday – Sunday, 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Room Rental Fee:
$50/hour (2 hour minimum)
After hours room rental: $100/hour

Includes:
Projector and screen
Wireless connection

Main Level Event Space:
Main Level event space rental requires $1,000 food and beverage minimum in addition to room rental charges. No outside food may be brought in.

Capacity:
Total capacity: 60-120 people
10-person round tables: 80 people
Harvest Tables: 60 people
High-tops: 120 people

Rental Fee:
Business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday – Thursday): $1,000
(with OAM conducting business as usual in kitchen)
Minimum of 4 hours
Event must end at 5 p.m. or evening rates will apply

Evenings and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): $2,000
(with OAM conducting business as usual in kitchen from 8 a.m.–2 p.m.)
Minimum of 4 hours
Access to space at 8 a.m., building closes at 10 p.m.
Additional service charge may apply for events that end past 10 p.m.

For all event space use, a 50% deposit of the rental fee and a refundable $500 damage deposit are due at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the damage deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be sent in writing. Full payment of minimum charges shall be due from the client in the event of cancellation within 15 days of the event. Full payment for all catering and room rental charges is due within 30 days of the event. Open Arms’ property is non-smoking.
