THANK YOU to all who attended or donated to this exciting event featuring delicious creations from several Twin Cities chefs. Each featured chef prepared some of their signature items and delicious selections. Highlights of the evening include:
6:00 p.m.
General reception featuring chef creations, complimentary wine and beer, cash bar, silent auction opens and entertainment.
7:00 p.m. and again at 8:00 p.m.
Featured chef demonstration from Serge Devesa, Executive Chef of Sofitel Minneapolis.
Executive Chef Serge Devesa, a native of Marseille, proves time and time again that growing up in France can be a fine way to learn the culinary arts. It is his excitement for food that Chef Serge shares with all of his guests at Chez Colette and La Fougasse. While traveling and cooking his way around the world, he now brings his passion and knowledge of cuisine to Minneapolis. Come, relax and enjoy the culinary delights and demonstrations that he has to offer. Bon Appetit!
