Regular Entrée
  • Hunan broccoli and tofu, 8-grain rice, and 4-way vegetable blend
  • Tilapia fillet with sweet-n-sour red cabbage and green beans
  • Grilled citrus chicken, with wheat berry winter squash and brussels sprouts
  • Chicken veggie stir-fry with quinoa and broccoli
  • Black bean corn cakes with fruit compote, warm potato soybean cucumber salad, and greens

Pink Entrée
  • Chicken legs on 1/3 cup rice, lentil and spinach stew, and organic carrots
  • Free range beef with beets and brussels sprouts
  • Salmon bake with pecan crunch, roasted organic squash, and broccoli
  • Vegetable frittata with corn muffin and sautéed greens

  • 10 icee pops
  • “Salty snack” – e.g. sleeve of crackers, individual bags of pretzels, 3 – 4 packs of peanut butter crackers
