2009 Dusk2DawnTwo Organizations, Two Countries,
One Disease
Join us on September 26, 2009 for Dusk2Dawn, a powerful evening walking experience to benefit those living with HIV/AIDS in Minnesota and South Africa. Walk with us to help raise awareness and program support for two local organizations that are making a difference in the lives of those living with HIV/AIDS; both locally and abroad.
The proceeds support both Open Arms and Arm in Arm in Africa, with 50% benefiting Open Arms' HIV/AIDS meal programs here in the Twin Cities, and the other 50% to benefit Arm In Arm In Africa's HIV/AIDS programs in South Africa.
This is your opportunity to unite with your community on a 3 to 12 mile walk to demonstrate that AIDS is not one person or one country’s problem; it is a human problem and a continuing crisis with global impact.
Together we can show our community that change can happen in one night.
Interested? Join Team Open Arms, or form your own team! What a great way to gather together as a family or with friends and walk for a cause. Contact Nancy Benedict for more information, or sign up online.
