Charity Bike Rides

Charity Events of MN created and produces two amazing charity bike rides: the Breast Cancer Ride and the AttaBoy Ride. Open Arms is proud to be a beneficiary of both rides. You can help raise money for Open Arms by joining these rides or supporting someone you know who’s riding.

BREAST CANCER RIDE: Saturday August 9, 2014

BCRThe Hartford & RE/MAX Results Breast Cancer Ride is an inspiring 2-day fund-raising ride that benefits Open Arms and the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® Minnesota Affiliate. The ride starts and stops at the Mall of America and sends cyclists pedaling off on either 100- or 150-mile routes through scenic southern Minnesota.

It’s a fun way for cyclists of all levels and ages to make a powerful difference. In 2013, the ride raised $184,560, some of which helps us send nutritious, homemade Open Arms meals to people undergoing treatment for breast cancer.
